The Neosurf team needed a dedicated marketing specialist with overall marketing and web knowledge to embed themselves into their team. The individual needed to following/inherit their processes, culture and more to really deliver what was required.

They needed help developing a defined brand identity including assets, marketing processes and structure, overall day to day marketing management and most importantly having a dedicated marketing specialist (manager) that was accessible, who would and could educate and support their ever growing team.

The process for knowing what the Neosurf team wanted vs what they needed required us to embed ourselves into their team…following their processes, company culture and more. Once we knew what they had in terms of marketing and what they wanted/envisioned we knew we had to continue as if we were/are a member of their company.

This meant attending daily stand ups, following and using their operational tools and being generally available to the whole team to help educate and execute marketing tasks.
